It's in our name and our DNA. We want you to explore, enjoy, share and repeat. Earth Month means preserving the beautiful Earth we have but also celebrating it. At Wildwood, our nature-inspired flavors ask you to slow down long enough to taste it.

We created Wildwood in 2018 with a simple purpose: to capture the secrets of the forests surrounding Portland and turn them into artisan chocolates and caramels you can experience anywhere. As founders, we built our brand on wandering, the way you might stumble upon a towering Douglas Fir, discover aromatic wild fennel along a trail, or watch light filter through spring leaves. That sense of discovery, that moment of pure presence, is what Wildwood is all about. And because we believe in protecting the trails that inspire us, we craft every batch with intention and wrap our caramels in compostable materials.

Raspberry, Rosemary, Fennel Pollen… Caramel Flavors Born from Wandering

From morning ritual to afternoon escape to that moment when we need to recenter, we made Wildwood's caramels as the edible reset button we have all been waiting for. We have imagined a sweet way to celebrate earth every day and to wrap its finest flavors so you can take them everywhere with you. 

Our caramel collections reflects what we find in nature: Matcha for the first green shoots, Chocolate Raspberry with their bright and fruity aromas, Fennel Pollen for aromatic and subtle fragrances and so much more. When you unwrap a caramel, it invites you to feel grounded, to slow down, to fold one into your afternoon tea, a glass of wine when you need something that tastes like you're already wandering somewhere in the Pacific Northwest from anywhere you are.

Chocolate Bars That Mirror the Trail

Isn't it sweet to be eco-conscious? Our chocolate creations mirror the complex, lush beauty found around every twist and turn of Wildwood Trail. Each Wildwood chocolate bar is embossed with botanical engravings from the trillium flower, the Douglas fir cone to the sword fern fronds, all the things you might discover while wandering the trail, pressed into chocolate like nature's own signature.

Every bar becomes a pressed botanical specimen, a trail map you can taste. Wandering made edible, the forest floor transformed into something you can break apart and savor.

Mindful Confections

Handcrafted in Small Batches: We make everything by hand in small quantities. Less rushing, more intention.

Compostable Packaging: Our caramels come wrapped in compostable materials. Wandering through forests reminds us daily “leave no trace, protect what inspires you”.

Rooted in Place: We source our inspiration from the Wildwood Trail in Portland. We're preserving the experience of discovery, of slowing down, of finding beauty in the unexpected.
