No doubt, this caramel is one of our favorites.  It's flavored by with Runamok® Hot + Spicy Maple Syrup infused with Merquén, a chili blend from Chile of smoked pepper, coriander, cumin, and sea salt.  Heat, smokiness, and rich pepper taste blend in this absolutely delicious unique caramel.
